  • Provide education and training to hospital staff on safeguarding matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of social work inputs and patient views.
  • Report to safeguarding agencies and regulatory bodies.

Salary £37,000 - £41,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Social work qualification or equivalent.
  • Registration with the relevant health professional council (Social Care England).
  • Strong assessment and care planning abilities.
  • Driver's License (full UK).
