CV Library is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in reinforced concrete (RC) frames and reinforced concrete structures, with a strong background in managing and delivering large-scale civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage all costs relating to civil engineering projects, with a focus on reinforced concrete and RC frames.
  2. Prepare, submit, and review budgets and cost estimates for projects.
  3. Monitor and report on the financial progress of projects, ensuring cost control and profitability.
  4. Liaise with project managers, clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Conduct risk and value management and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Negotiate and settle final accounts with subcontractors and suppliers.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, specifically within civil engineering and reinforced concrete projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of RC frames and reinforced concrete construction techniques.
  3. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (degree or equivalent).
  4. Proficient in the use of industry software and tools for estimating and cost control.
