Job Description:

This esteemed role is perfect for accomplished defence attorneys with a passion for leadership and a desire to shape the future of our firm. As Director of Criminal Justice, you will lead and inspire a talented team of attorneys, overseeing complex defence cases and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage defence cases, focusing on quality representation and client satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion
  • Mentor and lead team members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations within the team
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive innovation and efficiency within the firm

Requirements:

  • Established defence attorney with significant experience and a proven track record of leadership
  • Exceptional business acumen, technical expertise, and strategic thinking
  • Licence to practice law, along with excellent leadership and mentoring skills
  • Commitment to the criminal justice system and a vision for the future of criminal law
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
