We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Executive/Manager to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities- Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid social media campaigns on multiple platforms.
- Drive new ideas to improve campaign performance, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends, and insights to maximize performance.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth to help continue the development of paid channels.
- 2+ years of paid advertising experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously to meet objectives/key deadlines.
- Experience with website and lead analytics (UTM tagging, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Datorama, or reporting dashboards).
- Outstanding data handling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Well-organized and flexible, able to move from project to project without delay.
- A passion for digital marketing and learning.
