Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a secondary school in Hackney. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in delivering effective teaching and learning experiences to students
  • Support the development of pupils' educational and behavioral skills
  • Prepare and maintain classroom resources and materials
  • Work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to support their learning
Requirements:
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Experience working with young people, preferably in a school setting
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
