About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join our team in Christchurch. As an Intermediate to Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and assessment of various building structures at a larger scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and analyze building structures to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver projects from concept to construction
  • Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Develop and maintain strong technical skills and knowledge of relevant codes and standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
  • At least 5-8 years' experience in a role here in NZ
  • Strong technical skills and a good understanding of relevant codes and standards
  • Proficient in structural analysis software and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
