Company Overview:

Oxbury & Company is a leading professional practice of Chartered Surveyors seeking an experienced Construction Project Management Professional to deliver Project Management and Employers Agent Services to private and public sector clients. The role will be based in Chelmsford, with opportunities to work on exciting projects across various sectors.

Salary and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Flexible working patterns are available.
  • A car allowance and non-contributory pension scheme are provided.
  • You will receive 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 27 days after 5 years.

Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Construction Project Management Professional to join our team as Senior Project Manager - Employers Agent. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of several projects, providing services on a range of residential and commercial schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project delivery and achievement of targets
  • Resolving issues with clients and invoicing
  • Collaborating with the Associate Director-led team and providing training and supervision to junior members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying, or other relevant RICS/CIOB accredited degree
  • Significant experience as a Construction Project Manager or Employers Agent
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
