Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Advisory Leader to join our team, working closely with senior managers, directors, and partners to advise clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions. The ideal candidate will have led projects to successful close, with experience working with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advisory services to clients, including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, and corporate finance;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to deliver high-quality advice and outcomes;
  • Leverage expertise in industry sectors and markets to identify opportunities and mitigate risks;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Requirements:
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or relevant work experience;
  • Proven track record of leading projects to successful close, with experience in advising clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions;
  • Strong understanding of industry sectors and markets, with ability to identify opportunities and mitigate risks;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with senior managers, directors, and partners;
  • Experience working with private companies, owner-managed businesses, and private equity houses.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension scheme, health insurance, and agile working arrangements.
