As an Operations Support Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of some of the most exciting brands we work with. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing purchase orders across various vendor accounts and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating shipment information to reflect stock shortages and ensuring our data is always current.
  • Checking and verifying that orders are being fulfilled correctly on direct to consumer websites.
  • Monitoring stock levels on Amazon's FBA platform and ensuring smooth inventory management.
  • Coordinating stock shipments to Amazon and managing inventory levels across the board.
  • Submitting promotions and processing manual orders as needed.
  • Arranging goods collections and ensuring logistics are managed efficiently.

Key Qualifications:
