About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our client's dynamic team within private healthcare on nights within one of their modern Nursing Homes located in the heart of Mansfield.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to residents at the Nursing Home, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and assess residents' health status and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide support and guidance to care assistants and other team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and private healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
  • Proven experience in a Nursing Home/Care Home or similar healthcare setting.
  • Excellent clinical and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Clear DBS Check.
