SEN Tutor Position

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Tutor to join our team in the Ashford area, providing tailored education support to children with Special Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified teacher with a passion for delivering high-quality education, excellent communication skills, and experience working with children with SEN. As an SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering 1:1 tailored lessons, bridging gaps in pupils' education, and improving engagement and attainment levels.
Salary Information:
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive package that includes ongoing training and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans to meet the unique needs of each pupil
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and achievement
Requirements:
- Teaching qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children with SEN
- Strong organizational and time management skills
