Job Title: Progression Coach

Central Recruitment Services Ltd is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Progression Coach to join our team in the Croydon area.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to work with young people under the age of 18 who require high levels of support. As a Progression Coach, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing a caseload of 3-4 key clients and conducting regular key working sessions to develop SMART outcomes-based support plans
  • Completing comprehensive risk and needs assessments to inform support strategies
  • Delivering one-to-one and group support opportunities within clients' accommodation and in the local community to increase resilience and wellbeing
  • Working in partnership with multiple agencies, including statutory teams, to support the overall wellbeing of clients
  • Supporting clients to maximize their benefit entitlement, primarily through Housing Benefits and Universal Claims
  • Assisting clients to sustain their tenancy and participate in positive and successful move-on opportunities
  • Encouraging client participation in decision-making and community activities
  • Supporting clients to engage in education, training, employment, and other activities to promote independence and self-sufficiency

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.88, including holiday pay, and a temporary contract for approximately 3-4 months with the possibility of extension.
