Estimator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Construction Testing Solutions. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for providing quotes to customers in a timely manner, ensuring all quotes are sent with the correct and accurate information requested by the customer, including any supporting information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent CTS in the role of Estimator
  • Provide quotes to customers in a timely manner
  • Ensure estimating activity is performed efficiently and to the relevant legal, statutory and customer's requirements
  • Manage the process of annual updating regional rates to reflect pricing changes
  • Work with relevant subcontractors to ensure access to agreed rates for work CTS subcontract
  • Develop relationships with non-account managed customers to grow sales
  • Ensure all quotes are populated and updated on our CRM system
  • Manage and record key commercial metrics associated with estimating and quotations
  • Ensure the confidentiality of all customer information obtained or created during the performance of estimating customer quotations
