Job Title: Asset and Fleet Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset and Fleet Coordinator to join our team at Splend. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth management of our vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Maintenance and Repair: Collaborate with authorized vendors, dealerships, and body shops to ensure timely and effective repairs, MOTs, and servicing, minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • TFL Inspection Days: Oversee TFL inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Vehicle Inventory Management: Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system.
  • Geotab Fitting: Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
  • Vehicle Documentation and Keys: Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports.
  • Yard Management and Vehicle Movement: Manage the hub yard and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the facility to optimize space and operational efficiency.
  • Customer Vehicle Preparation: Ensure vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and presented to a high standard, making them ready for customer use or delivery.
Requirements:
  • A current and valid full UK driver's license.
  • Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub.
