We are seeking an experienced Pensions Administrator to join our team at WTW. This role requires strong mathematical and customer service skills, as well as attention to detail and organisational abilities.

The salary for this role is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes an excellent benefits package including company pension scheme, life insurance, medical insurance, eye care vouchers and flexible benefits.

This vacancy is based in Redhill or Leeds on a hybrid workstyle, with opportunities to work from home or in the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with clients via telephone, letter and email.

Responsibilities include administering occupational pension schemes, dealing with new joiners, leavers and retirees, and calculating renewals and member contributions. You will also assist the wider team in more complex/project work and help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client needs.

We offer a flexible working style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in-office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our goal is to create a positive and supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
