We are recruiting an experienced Senior Cladding Estimator to join our team at Construction Recruitment Services.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing incoming enquiries, analysing technical issues, and preparing sub-contract and materials enquiries. They will also be required to attend meetings with clients and consultants, carry out detailed pricing, and train junior estimators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Affirm suitability and risk of incoming enquiries
  2. Analyse potential technical issues by liaising with relevant consultants and architects
  3. Prepare and submit sub-contract and materials enquiries
  4. Carry out detailed take-off and pricing
  5. Work alongside the team to close deals efficiently
  6. Train and mentor junior estimators

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience working as an Estimator in the UK, along with experience of using estimating and tendering tools. A strong work ethic, flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to meet deadlines are essential. You should be confident and able to communicate effectively with a variety of clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, and stakeholders.
