About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Evesham, Worcestershire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, enabling them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
- Assist with daily tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and access to a car, or the ability to obtain assistance with transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
