Scenic Project Manager

At Production Futures, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scenic Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing scenic projects for our business.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the scenic department. Directly manage all day-to-day operations and cultivate good working relationships between departments.
- Scenic Delivery: Drive results by ensuring daily tasks are completed on time. Design and create scenic items according to client specifications, and maintain the scenic department in a neat and organized state.
- Customer Service: Deliver world-class service by working closely with internal customers to evaluate service levels and ensure all expectations are met.
- Sound knowledge of construction and good spatial awareness.
- Profound knowledge of drawing programs and planning tools (VectorWorks/CAD).
- Previous supervisory/management experience is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet or exceed multiple concurrent deadlines.
