About the Role:

Saviynt is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Contract Manager to join our global legal team, supporting our commercial sales division in closing high-value transactional matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advisory and transactional support for commercial law matters, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements.
  • Support and advise on non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, and matters concerning data protection, intellectual property, and IT outsourcing contracts.
  • Function independently, taking a confident and flexible approach with a growth mindset.
  • Build strong commercial contract drafting skills and experience of working with a sales team to close deals.
  • Draft and review commercial, technology, intellectual property, and vendor agreements in a dynamic international environment.
  • Work on projects with a variety of professionals and have good organisational and project management skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
  • Provide sound legal advice in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have strong business acumen.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial contracts and experience of working with an in-house environment or top-tier law firm.
  • Languages skills are a plus.

  • A competitive salary range: $140,000 - $180,000 per annum.
