Contract Cost Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Quantity Surveyor to join our reputable organisation as a Contract Cost Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior professional to make a genuine difference in their career.

As a leading M&E contractor, we cover multiple schemes from high-end residential to commercial and industrial projects. We require a talented and skilled QS with experience in reviewing contract documentation and tender information, including bills of quantities (BOQ's). The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of tender processes and be confident in tracking internal and external costs on each job.

The ideal candidate will have experience in procuring major suppliers and sub-contractor packages, preparing monthly interim valuations, and variations to clients. They will also be thorough in administration, preparing contract documents for sub-contractors and uploading variations to our dedicated ERP system.

Auditing sub-contractors for payment and valuation is an essential part of the role. We seek someone with serious commercial acumen, integrity, and an approachable attitude. This is a well-rewarded opportunity with a remuneration package that reflects our commitment to investing in our people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing contract documentation and tender information
