HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Senior Development Underwriter to join a leading Lloyd's MGA in the West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of underwriting experience in the commercial combined space and be able to undertake broker visits and underwriting surgeries to increase brand awareness and establish contacts. Regular communication with Business Development Managers and Regional Directors is required to develop and maintain broker relationships and strategic planning. This is a home-based role with occasional visits to the London Office when necessary. Key responsibilities include:

* Undertaking broker visits and underwriting surgeries to increase brand awareness and establish contacts
* Developing and maintaining broker relationships and strategic planning
* Regular communication with Business Development Managers and Regional Directors
