Your strong analytical skills and experience in Immunoassay and Ligand binding assay will be essential in providing support and guidance to colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage laboratory teams to ensure high-quality results and compliance with GxP regulations
* Develop and validate analytical methods for pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity analysis of biopharmaceuticals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues and clients

Requirements:

* BSc / MSc / PhD in Biology / Chemistry or related scientific discipline
* >3 years of relevant industry experience
* Strong knowledge of Immunoassay techniques and experience with ELISA, ECL, and Gyrolab platforms
* Laboratory experience in pharmacokinetic and immunogenicity method development and validation
* Comprehensive understanding of GMP, GLP, and GCP principles
* Strong method development and validation experience (ICH M10 Bioanalytical method validation, FDA/EMA Immunogenicity method validation)
