Job Summary:

Consegna Recruitment is proud to be supporting a successful, expanding Mortgage broker in Hertfordshire who are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and 'willing to learn' candidates to join their new client Mortgage Team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Expertise: Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience and building strong relationships.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language.
  • Application Processing: Take inbound calls and complete applications with new customers, advising on next steps and booking in appointments for current Mortgage Advisors to conduct full mortgage appointments.
  • Training and Development: Attend regular training sessions to become familiar with company processes, lenders, products, and business partners, working towards becoming fully CeMAP qualified.
  • Performance Targets: Work towards KPI's and Monthly Individual and Team Targets set, with a desire to hit and exceed targets to earn good commission on top of salary.
  • Team Player: Become part of a friendly and bubbly team of professionals who are always wanting to learn and progress in a career-focused industry.

Requirements:

  • Telesales/Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Telesales or Customer Service, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Financial Services Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial services and products, with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
  • Confidence and Motivation: Confident and outgoing personality, with a hunger and motivation to do well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent IT Skills: Good IT skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
