Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multiskilled Engineer to join our team at CRG. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance and repair services across several commercial contracts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a variety of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of all building systems.
  • Work across multiple commercial contracts, primarily focusing on office environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members and contractors to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
  • Utilize provided company van and fuel card to travel between sites as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Multiskilled Engineer in a facilities management or maintenance role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in at least two of the following disciplines: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in FM.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across different sites.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Full UK driving license is required.
