Job Title: Commercial Counsel with Litigation

Robert Walters is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Counsel with Litigation expertise to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with commercial contract review, negotiation, and drafting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and revise commercial contracts for internal clients across global offices.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, internal stakeholders, in-house counsel, and external professionals.
  • Assist with compliance and risk management matters coordinated by the Legal Team.
  • Support internal teams with HR, employment, and recruitment issues.
  • Manage litigation matters and general practice issues.
  • Support consultants and the leadership team with client engagement matters.
Requirements:
  • UK and/or French-qualified lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE from a reputable law firm or in-house at a management consultancy.
  • Ideal candidate has professional working experience in both the UK and France.
  • Fluency in English and French, with familiarity using the language in a business context.
  • Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent proofreading skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally with diverse groups at all levels.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines under tight time frames.
