About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Urban Design Specialist to join our team at Ridge & Partners LLP. As a key member of our Urban Design team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality landscape masterplans and urban design projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement landscape masterplans and urban design projects across the South and home counties.
  • Produce feasibility reports, detailed design documents, and access statements for various clients.
  • Provide architectural, regeneration, and master planning services to clients across the home counties.
  • Review and improve existing developments, providing expert advice on ongoing projects.
  • Design and present hand-drawn and digital designs to clients.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support and review existing developments.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree or professional qualification in Planning and/or Urban Design.
  • Recent and relevant planning/urban design experience.
  • Strong technical ability in planning/urban design work.
  • Experience in dealing with local planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
