Electro-Mechanical Fitter Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Fitter to join our team at our Grantham location. As a key member of our expanding team, you will work with experienced professionals to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, contribute to equipment assembly, and conduct proactive and preventative maintenance.

About the Role:

As an Electro-Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for applying technical skills to identify and rectify mechanical and electro-mechanical faults. You will engage in preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and equipment, support equipment assembly with an attention to detail and mechanical focus, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Electro-mechanical expertise with a strong mechanical bias
  • Experience in electrical, automotive, industrial maintenance, power generation, production line, or a similar technical setting
  • Proven fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A proactive mindset, ready to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
