About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out plumbing and maintenance tasks to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Work on commercial and industrial heating and water systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of relevant health and safety requirements, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
Requirements
  • Two years' experience working in a role as a plumber or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with and ability to work to Water Supply Regulation and Control of Legionella L8 requirements.
  • Experience working on commercial or industrial heating and water systems.
  • Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements.
  • Plumber qualified to C&G 6035 (Plumbing), C&G 6189 (Plumbing and heating) and NVQ level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
  • Good Health & Safety knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.
