Service Delivery Transport Scheduler

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure a fully compliant and efficient transport service.
* Update customer reports and records to reflect changes in transport schedules.
* Handle inbound calls and provide support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns.
* Schedule and allocate transport for service users, taking into account their specific needs and requirements.
* Regularly monitor the customer portal for updates and ensure that all necessary information is uploaded.
* Effectively manage your own workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

**About You:**

* Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and customers.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to convey information clearly and concisely.
* Outstanding time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to manage reports, records, and other documents.
