We are Propeller, a digital agency delivering exceptional websites and digital campaigns for a diverse range of clients.

We're a team of friendly, like-minded individuals who care about our clients, our work, and each other. We're looking for a Digital Strategy Director to create short and long-term digital strategies for new and existing clients.

Working closely with the Head of Strategy, the role's focus is to solve clients' problems, such as helping them create new revenue streams, elevate brand awareness, or drive sales.

You'll understand what market-leading digital capabilities look like and develop strategies for our clients to achieve them.

Support the entire agency in developing opportunities, providing hints/tips on spotting opportunities, asking the right questions, supporting/leading on proposals, and attending pitches as required.

Deliver the strategic direction of new and existing client projects.

We work in a hybrid model, with our London office as a hub. You'll spend 3 days a week working from our office, enjoying our bar, free drinks, and snacks.

Must have previous experience in a digital agency, with a solid track record in a strategy function.

Has a good understanding of design, technology, and data, which is current and emerging in digital.

We offer a central London office, ~25 days annual leave, regular social events, parties, and after-work drinks.
