Experienced Registered Manager for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Manager to lead our residential care service for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centered care and achieving outstanding results.

The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities, and will possess strong staff management skills, excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support to service users
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the individual needs of service users
  • Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to achieve outstanding results and deliver high-quality care

We offer a competitive salary of circa £45,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
