We are working with a valued client in the legal sector to find a talented and precise residential conveyancer. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a legal practice or solicitor's office.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving instructions from clients and providing expert advice.
  • Developing strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and solicitors through effective communication.
  • Conducting thorough research to identify the legal owner of a property and identifying potential structural issues.
  • Preparing and reviewing official documents, including contracts, to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Collaborating with mortgage companies and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of payments and contracts.
  • Implementing measures to prevent fraud and money laundering, and protecting clients' interests at all times.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Substantial prior experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and case management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
