Paint Sprayer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Sprayer Specialist to join our team at Recra Consulting. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our clients' plant machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces of plant machinery and equipment for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and filling.
- Paint Material Selection: Select appropriate paint materials and colors for specific projects, taking into account factors such as durability, appearance, and environmental considerations.
- Equipment Operation: Set up and operate paint spraying equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed.
- Paint Application: Apply paint coatings to plant machinery and equipment using spraying, brushing, or rolling techniques, achieving uniformity and quality throughout the painting process.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished painted surfaces for defects, imperfections, or missed spots and make necessary touch-ups to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to prioritize projects and meet deadlines, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Health and Safety: Adhere to health and safety regulations and practices at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of paint materials, equipment, and techniques.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of surface preparation, priming, and quality control processes, as well as the ability to match paint colors and create uniform finishes.
- Skillset: Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, and reaching.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
