The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various projects across the full spectrum of healthcare advertising deliverables, collaborating with global clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate good industry knowledge and familiarity with situations/issues
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Oversee own workload with an increasing number of projects, ensuring Account Managers and Account Director are informed of progress
  • Demonstrate ability to take briefings on project tasks and effectively deliver on those tasks
  • Support, plan, and manage various projects across promotional and medical projects
  • Ensure quality control for own work
  • Accurately complete timesheets daily
  • Provide support to Account Managers and Account Director on project tasks for clients
  • Demonstrate proactivity
  • Deliver tasks to a high standard, understanding working within budget and time expectations
  • Demonstrate flexibility to adapt to client's style and needs
  • Schedule and support client meetings
  • Take effective notes during client calls and meetings
  • Develop growing knowledge of client needs/their situation/challenges and constraints to support most appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal team and external suppliers
  • Produce weekly status reports for clients to keep them informed of project progress

We are looking for candidates who possess a degree in science (preferably life science) and have a high level of drive, motivation, and initiative. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with good presentation skills, are also essential. Some experience working in a healthcare advertising agency or pharmaceutical company would be beneficial.
