About the Role:

This role is crucial to protecting our unique and industry-changing Rider Working Model that enables us to deliver on our promise to Consumers, Partners, Riders, and Shareholders. The role reports into senior Product Leadership and is a hybrid role based out of our London office.

  • Collaborating with Operations to formulate and execute a rider engagement and retention strategy, leveraging data and insights to implement features that drive substantial enhancements to the rider experience.
  • Taking a rider-centric approach to define the visual and experiential aspects of the online and offline rider journey within the app, ensuring that the interface, features, and overall user experience are finely tuned to provide a smooth, efficient, and gratifying experience for our riders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions.
  • Strong technical skills and excellent attention to detail in implementation.
  • Familiarity with building and maintaining services for backend systems and platform applications.
  • Understanding of features and initiatives related to compliance and fraud prevention within the context of platform applications.
