About The Role

Z-Tech, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EC&I Supervisor to oversee and manage various aspects of our operations within the energy sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution and completion of projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring high performance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution and completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project workflow, resolve issues, and maintain effective communication.
  • Monitor and enforce quality standards and procedures to ensure all work meets regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, promoting a safe work environment for all team members.
  • Conduct safety meetings, training sessions, and risk assessments, and implement safety initiatives to minimize workplace hazards.

What we will need from you:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of successful project completion.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a focus on delivering efficient and effective solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel to project sites and work outside regular business hours, if required.
