### Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant

### Job Summary

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment is seeking a skilled Conveyancing Assistant to join their Residential Property team in Nottingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for assisting on a wide range of Residential Conveyancing transactions, providing hands-on experience and opportunities for career progression.

### Key Responsibilities

* Drafting documents, conducting research, and providing client advice under supervision
* Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction processes
* Undertaking debt and disbursement recovery, general file management, and correspondence
* Managing work flows for allocated fee earners and preparing applications to the Land Registry
* Preparing and submitting SDLT forms electronically and having a working knowledge of common SDLT reliefs

### Requirements

* Relevant qualification and experience in Conveyancing
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
