IT Solution Architect

We are looking for a skilled Solution Architect to work in the area of Order to Cash (O2C) for ASSA ABLOY EMEIA. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Stream Leader – O2C to deliver the IT roadmap, enabling the company to effectively utilise information technology to support and grow the business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for proposing solutions which are fit for purpose, accountable for the quality of delivery from third party suppliers and development organisations, and responsible for handover of solutions to the support organisations and user community.

Key responsibilities include:

• Proposing solutions which are fit for purpose.
• Ensuring the quality of delivery from third party suppliers and development organisations.
• Handover of solutions to the support organisations and user community.
• Handling 3rd line support requests coming from the support organisation.
• Participating in relevant focus groups and process owner network meetings and workshops.

The successful candidate will have proven knowledge of solution and implementation experience for Order to Cash and project modules (3 years+) in Dynamics ERP (AX2012, AX2009 and D365 ERP), as well as an awareness of relevant 3rd party products and external packages to augment the above solutions and experience of design.
