SEN Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with mental health and behavioural needs at our specialist school in Slough. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced therapists and psychologists to implement therapeutic strategies and provide tailored interventions to support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support students in managing their behaviour and developing social skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver lesson plans that meet individual student needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures.
**Requirements:**
- A Level 3 qualification or above (Degree-level qualifications are highly desirable).
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals (personal or professional).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team.
**Salary:** £83-£95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training). **Contract:** Long-term temporary, with the potential for permanent opportunities. **Hours:** Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
