About the Role

We are seeking a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our kitchen team at Yockleton Grange Residential Home. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation and serving of hot and cold meals, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Work closely with the head cook to ensure food is prepared in accordance with food hygiene regulations and standards.
  • Help maintain accurate records of food supplies and freezer/fridge temperatures, under the guidance of the head cook.
  • Be aware of varied preferences and dietary requirements of individual residents, providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
