About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Seasonal Stock Assistant to join our team at Lush. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for maintaining our visual merchandising and cleanliness standards, processing deliveries, and ensuring our stock levels are maintained during our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain shop floor stock levels and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Adhere to our freshness policy and stock rotation procedures.
  • Process deliveries and maintain a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to promote our products.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move stock, and stand for long periods.
  • Availability to work a minimum of 1 weekend day per week and 24th Dec or 26th Dec 2024.
