We are committed to delivering exceptional care and education, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader to join our team.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of dedicated practitioners and contribute to the success of our nursery.

As a Senior Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional childcare services, promoting a positive learning environment, and fostering strong relationships with parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Senior Early Years Practitioners and support their professional development
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent childcare provision and promote a supportive team culture
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in early years education

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior role within an early years setting
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
