Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts with a calm and approachable demeanor, maintaining clear communication between the front and back of house.
  • Train junior team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensure high food hygiene standards and due diligence procedures are consistently met.
  • Participate in kitchen due diligence and procedures, such as stock takes, ordering, and food and storage temperature records.

About the Role:

The Senior Pizza Chef role comes with added seniority and responsibility within the kitchen. You'll support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in management duties, leading shifts, and ensuring high standards of preparation, presentation, and food hygiene.

As a Senior Pizza Chef, you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a talented team, and contribute to the success of our kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Proven management capability, including effectively training junior team members.
  • Ability to lead shifts while maintaining consistent high food hygiene standards and due diligence procedures.
  • A committed and passionate attitude to the role, always looking to improve and respond positively to feedback.
  • Shown consistently high working standards, including attention to detail, organization, reliability, teamwork, and proactivity.
