Leaders in Care is seeking a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their team in a beautiful nursing home.

In this role, you will work 44 hours a week in a friendly, supportive environment, benefiting from professional development opportunities, a private pension, free meals, and a generous holiday allowance.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for conducting regular supervision sessions, providing specialist nursing support and advice, and taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with a passion for mentoring and sharing knowledge, and experience working in a care home environment.
