Club Head of Family Activities

About the Role

We're seeking a confident and enthusiastic Club Head of Family Activities to lead our Family Activities team. As a role model, you'll be responsible for the successful running and management of the Junior Activities and Swim Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver innovative classes following the STA National Swim Plan for Teaching Swimming
  • Lead a team of Family Activities staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional member experiences
  • Manage the Junior Activities and Swim Teams, ensuring seamless delivery of programs and services
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive business growth and achieve departmental KPIs
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service and member satisfaction
About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for creating engaging family-focused experiences. If you have a friendly, calm, and approachable nature, with excellent leadership and communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
