Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Executive to join our team at Interaction Recruitment.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a sales professional to excel in the waste management sector, working closely with our clients to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the waste management industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Drive new business in the South East region, specializing in waste management services and products.
- Full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
- Generate your own appointments in addition to those set by the telesales team.
- Build strong relationships with clients in sectors including Mining, Aggregates, Food, Manufacturing, Paper, and Waste Management.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with uncapped commission potential.

About the Salary and Benefits- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic per annum, with uncapped commission potential.
