Nursery Educator with Flexibility

Salary: £12.37 - £15.29 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Job Description:
As a Bank Staff Member at Bright Horizons, you will have the flexibility to work on a casual basis, choosing when you want to work. This role offers a unique opportunity to balance your work and personal life while still enjoying the security and benefits of being an employee. You will be working as part of a larger team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery, supporting colleagues in delivering engaging and educational play activities for children. Your responsibilities will include promoting child welfare and safety, maintaining a positive and happy environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve this goal.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a relevant Level 2 or above Early Years qualification and have previous experience working with children. You should be passionate about making learning fun and engaging for each child, using a variety of communication techniques to build strong relationships with both children and adults. A sound understanding of child protection and safeguarding is essential, as well as the ability to be flexible and adaptable in your work.
