Job Description: Graduate Learning Facilitator

Green Corridor is a dynamic UK registered Charity working to improve the lives of 16-25 year olds with SEN. We are seeking a Graduate Learning Facilitator to join our team. As a Graduate Learning Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting students with SEN through our various pathways and functional skills programmes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a suitable learning environment and lesson planning
  • Monitoring and assessing learners' progress
  • Developing and implementing learning plans and classroom resources

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 Award in Education and Training or willingness to work towards it. You will also need excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
