Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our Food Safety and Quality team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in the chilled food industry and a proven track record of delivering high-quality products to major retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Food Safety and Quality policies and procedures across the business
  • Lead the development and delivery of the Food Safety and Quality culture across the business
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the Leadership team and other stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with food safety management systems, including HACCP, BRC, and customer standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven senior leadership experience in a technical management role within the chilled food industry
  • Strong knowledge of food safety management systems, including HACCP, BRC, and customer standards
  • Experience in developing and implementing technical policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
