Main Contractor Plasterer Job Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a qualified Plasterer to join our team on a contract with a leading main contractor. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing social housing properties in Sutton and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

An NVQ/City and Guilds in plastering is preferred for this role (with proof of completion). A full UK Driving Licence is also required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of £43,000+ paid weekly through CIS.
